
Gillian will demonstrate how to infuse a variety of flavours into cream, followed by making and sampling ganache – and then it’s your turn! Learn how to roll your own truffles, the importance of tempering, learn some tips and talk about the pitfalls in a bid to create your own finished product, boxed and ready to take home!
