Sarah webb began trading first began trading under the Gallic Kitchen banner at Mother Redcap’s in 1989 before she became a founding member of the Temple Bar Food Market.

The Gallic Kitchen now produces the mouthwatering food for it’s market stalls (and catering service) from premises just down the road at Francis St.

Her philosophy is simple; everything, from pastry upwards, is prepared from scratch and ingredients are sourced only from producers who share her obvious passion. Organic certification awaits in January.

This combination of care and flair results in market food that deserves napery and a decent bottle. Magnificent pies, quiches and roulades have clued-in customers lining up on a weekly basis while their sticky-toffee pudding can induce desire at twenty paces. Don’t walk, run!
