
Is there any more enticing aroma than the smell of freshly baked bread first thing in the morning? If the 10am throng around this stall is anything to go by, then we think not.
Every Saturday Flo and Damien Cusack bring to market a wonderful selection of authentic French breads and pastries that have been baked overnight for optimal freshness. Of the breads you can choose from three different types of baguette, including classic white or rye, or you might opt for a boule, germagrain or sourdough loaf, each one as flavoursome and crusty as the next.
Their croissants, both plain and almond are as good as any you will find in the city while their pain au chocolat and pain au raisin are the weapons of choice for those already armed with an Ariosa latte. So much more than your “pain quotidien”.
