The partners behind Crepes In The City, Tine Cropp and Oisin Healy, possess an enviable pedigree when it comes to trading in Temple Bar. Being the offspring of two of the market’s founding members (Corleggy Cheese and Denis Healy’s Organic Farm, repectively) meant that the success of their crepe venture was never in doubt.

They initially conceived their business as a way of marrying their parents’ produce in a new and exciting way and began trading at the market in their own right four years ago. This unique method of sourcing their ingredients from within the market results in sweet and savoury crepes that could bring a tear to the eye of a Normandy native.

Only the very best goes into these made to order wraps, from McNally’s organic leaves, Healy’s organic peppers to feta from the real olive co. The set options are nothing short of inspired, try the Irish smoked salmon with sour cream and chives or maple syrup with crème fraiche and organic banana.

The menu constantly changes to relfect seasonality and they have recently included indecently good hot chocolate and German style vanilla-sugar waffles.
